Welcome to Diagram Now. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Diagram Now, a web application that helps users write, preview, generate, and download Mermaid diagrams and editable draw.io files from text descriptions.

By accessing or using Diagram Now, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Diagram Now provides:

• Online Mermaid syntax editing and live diagram preview.
• AI-assisted generation of Mermaid flowcharts from PRDs, business rules, review notes, or process descriptions.
• Downloadable Mermaid SVG files and draw.io compatible files.
• Credit-based paid AI generation and account usage records.

The online Mermaid editor and live preview may be available without using paid credits. AI generation, file generation, or other paid features may require credits or an active paid plan.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Diagram Now to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service.
• Bypass authentication, payment, credit limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Use automated access in a way that harms service stability.
• Submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential data unless you have the right to do so and accept the associated risk.

User Content and Generated Output

You retain rights to the text, Mermaid code, diagrams, and files you create through Diagram Now. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in product documents, engineering specifications, business reviews, or public materials.

AI-generated diagrams may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require manual correction. Diagram Now is intended to accelerate diagram drafting, not to replace professional judgment.

Privacy and Data Handling

Diagram Now is designed for lightweight diagram generation and editing. We may process your submitted text temporarily to provide AI generation, render previews, generate downloadable files, maintain account credits, prevent abuse, and support billing records.

Payments, Credits, and Billing

Diagram Now uses a credit-based pricing model for AI generation. Each AI generation may consume credits according to the pricing shown on the website at the time of purchase or use.

Paid credits or subscription credits may have usage limits, validity periods, or renewal rules shown on the pricing or checkout page. You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before purchasing.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem acting as merchant of record or payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction. If an AI generation fails because of a service-side error or timeout, we may restore credits or provide a reasonable remedy after review.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Diagram Now available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or changes to third-party AI and payment services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Diagram Now after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

Diagram Now is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated diagrams will be error-free, suitable for every business process, or accepted by every third-party tool in every circumstance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diagram Now and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on generated output.
